Welcome to the Farm Bureau!

The Farm Bureau is a grassroots membership, non-profit organization led by a volunteer Board of Directors who represent the commodities grown in our county.   It has a historic, ongoing, close working relationship with the U. C. Cooperative Extension and Agricultural Commissioner.

Farm Bureau advocates on behalf of the agricultural community, speaking out on local, state and national issues that affect the agricultural commodities we raise and provide. We also promote education of our members and the community on agricultural-related issues and support agri-tourism.

There are 5 levels of membership to take advantage of:  Agriculture, Business, Associate, Farm Friendly and Collegiate.

The Farm Bureau's mission is to 'Protect, encourage, and enhance economic opportunities and social viability for El Dorado County farmers, ranchers, and foresters', while representing the needs and interests of all El Dorado County farming families.
